RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to independently install and replace residential HVAC systems (from basic heating & cooling system to full home automated systems).
- Able to install garage unit heaters, steam humidifiers, zoning systems, ERV & HRV Systems, exhaust fans and set up gas pressure on gas furnaces.
- Mentor junior technicians.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and generates referrals.
- Navigate crawlspaces and attics as needed.
- Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
- Partner with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure success.
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site.
- Participate in training, meetings, and company events.
- Mentor and train apprentices.
- Complete invoices, timecards, and documentation accurately and on time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 Years of Residential HVAC Install experience required.
- Service Titan experience strongly preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and able to pass an MVR.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of local HVAC codes and industry best practices.
- Advanced understanding of HVAC System design and Installation Techniques.
- Knowledge of advanced electrical and refrigeration principles.
