Cardinal Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is looking for motivated, energetic people with winning attitudes to join our family of experienced HVAC experts. No experience is needed to become a part of an essential service that will always be in demand! We care about you and your success, that's why we will cover the full cost of training and pay you while you work!

Cardinal University is a 26-week course including both classroom and field training to ensure you are able to confidently apply the concepts you have learned to real-life situations. In addition to the goal of growing from an apprentice to a journeyman, we offer plenty of other pathways to advance within your career and our company!

Currently we are accepting applications for Cardinal University - HVAC Service Only.
Classes start early 2027.

The interview process will consist of multiple rounds including panel/group and solo interviews. Cardinal will select the top candidates to move forward into the University program.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Must be comfortable with tight confined spaces and heights
Have the ability to work in extreme temperatures including heatwaves, rain, and freezing cold weather
Comfortable getting dirty!
Able to lift up to 75lbs. on a regular basis
Enjoys hands-on projects

Emphasizes superior customer service
Possesses a valid driver's license and clean driving record

This is a full-time position requiring approximately 40+ hours/week. Classroom hours are typically Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. It is important to note that time will be required outside of the classroom hours to meet learning development requirements. This may involve comin in early or staying late as necessary. Are you comfortable meeting these requirements?*

This position requires strong communication skills to engage with both the instructor and peers in a classroom setting. Effective customer service skills are also essential for working in residential settings in the field. Are you comfortable with these requirements?*
