RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete all general residential electrical in-home, service calls.
- Perform thorough electrical system evaluations to diagnose issues, identify safety concerns, and spot code violations.
- Use a consultative sales, value-based approach to educate customers and recommend upgrades that improve safety, efficiency, and overall system reliability.
- Establish customer rapport and ask proper lifestyle questions to troubleshoot electrical system malfunctions.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
- Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
- Valid Electricians License Issued by the State of Wisconsin.
- Three (3)+ Years of residential electrical experience.
- Clean driving record with no major infractions with the ability to pass a MVR.
- Develop and proven track record of service in residential electrical systems.
- Strong service sales aptitude with the ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and confidently recommend solutions that align with customer needs and add value.
- Experience using ServiceTitan is highly desirable or strong technical and computer skills with the ability to learn quickly.
- High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
- Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today.
