We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can stay calm under pressure, move quickly, and deliver an exceptional experience every time.

- RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is 100% on site Monday - Friday
- Answer phones & book service calls
- Work with other customer service representatives and dispatchers to achieve daily goals
- Gather, input, and process all necessary information & data into Service Titan
- Effectively utilize appropriate scripts
- Properly complete paperwork in a timely manor
- Digital dexterity to effectively utilize new & existing technologies
- Monitor social media booking platforms
- Contact customers that have requested after hours service
